Alumni360 Student Receives Prestigious Journalism Award
Congratulations to our very own Katherine M. who was selected to attend the Washington Journalism and Media Conference as a National Youth Correspondent, representing California. Only 250 students from around the nation are invited to this dynamic opportunity and Katherine was on that list!

Katherine holds up her acceptance letter!
She will attend exclusive networking events, including a private press briefing with a Deputy White House Press Secretary, panel discussions with prominent political journalists and CEO's of the nation's largest media companies.
Katherine has already had the opportunity to engage with CEO's due to her one on one interview with co-founder of OPI, Suzi Weiss-Fishman. Through workshops with Alumni360, she has honed her networking skills and will be ready to create critical connections with the nation's top journalists.

Katherine M. interviews the co-founder of OPI Cosmetics, Suzi Weiss-Fishmann on being an entrepreneur.
The tuition to attend is $2000, but that did not stop Katherine from writing a dynamic essay about the importance of telling the truth of the people. She connected the passing of Gwen Ifill and her contributions that allowed young women like herself to pursue and excel in journalism. She was awarded a $1500 scholarship because of her essay and her advanced grades. She has more to raise and this is where we need your help!
Please take this time to consider investing in Katherine's journey to Washington DC. Visit this link to support her trip!
Congratulations Katherine!
